Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or related environments.
• Experience managing application lifecycles including implementations, upgrades, migrations, decommissioning.
• Experience with engineering design, asset management, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting custom-developed business applications and integrations.
• Experience with software licensing, software asset management, vendor management, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise applications supporting engineering, government systems, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Lead application lifecycle activities from implementation to retirement.
• Manage software vendors, licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and support relationships.
• Optimize software utilization and licensing compliance and overall application value.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on technology initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, regulatory, and operational requirements.
