Job summary

Atlas is seeking two experienced Project Surveyors to deliver surveying and geomatics projects in the Redmond and Tacoma areas. The role requires coordinating between field and office teams and engaging with clients to determine the best surveying solutions.

You will contribute to data processing, traverse adjustments, mapping, legal descriptions, and deliverables such as topographic and ALTA surveys. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, familiarity with Civil3D and related software,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional surveying experience.
• LSIT or PLS in Washington is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Civil3D and common surveying software; familiarity with MicroStation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide office survey support to Project Manager and Field Staff.
• Prepare and review ALTA maps, parcel maps, and topographic surveys.
• Create maps, perform field research, and prep field crew tasks.
• Perform design calculations for survey and mapping projects.
• Utilize Civil3D for topographic maps, exhibits, and deliverables.
• Review project plans for consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare RFIs and maintain change logs.
• Support field crews with heavy construction staking tasks.
