Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a skilled Sr. Project Surveyor to join our Survey/Geospatial team in Biddeford, Maine. This senior role focuses on precision, leadership, and delivering dependable data for infrastructure and development projects along the region.

You will compile surveys, perform layout calculations for roads, subdivisions and buildings, coordinate field and office efforts, and support proposals, estimates, reports and plans while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related surveying experience required.
• SIT license preferred; CST preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and TBC; proficient data techniques and coding systems.
• Strong understanding of angular/linear measurement and trigonometry/geometry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Compile survey cost estimates and scope of services.
• Analyze and prepare complete boundary surveys with sound analysis.
• Perform quality control on reports, plans, and cost estimates.
• Provide accurate computation for layouts of subdivisions, roads, buildings, and utilities.
• Coordinate field and office staff on complex projects.
• Monitor budgets and project timelines; discuss scope changes with client.
• May supervise Survey Technician(s).
