The Weitz Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent for our West Palm Beach, FL projects. This role leads on-site teams to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable field operations while coordinating with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Superintendent experience required.
• Commercial construction experience for a GC required.
• Experience in education, municipal, hospitality, aviation, resorts, or senior living construction.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety per policy.
• Develop and update the project schedule and resources.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules and pull planning with trade partners.
• Implement lean construction practices on site.
• Oversee daily construction activities meeting quality, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor performance for contract compliance.
