Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably heavy civil.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and field teams.
• Related bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Construction software and Microsoft Office skills, valid driver's license, ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, plans, and contract requirements.
• Track job costs, forecasts, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders; report project status, risks, and profitability.
• Lead project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field teams; coordinate with operations, dispatch, equipment, estimating, and administration.
• Maintain client and subcontractor relationships; communicate progress, delays, changes, and project issues.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, and accurate records; oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
