Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience, with 5+ years in superintendent roles.
• Extensive grading/earthwork and DOT/public infrastructure project experience.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and survey data; strong OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for grading, earthwork, drainage, and roadway construction.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule across grading, utilities, structures, and paving.
• Direct resources to meet production targets; manage subcontractors and safety.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders in the field.
• Oversee DOT compliance, pay item measurement, and documentation.
• Lead project closeout, final inspections, and as-built documentation.
