Job summary

Pike Construction Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our growing team in the Poughkeepsie area. You will lead at-risk projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction are met.

Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of experience in commercial construction supervision, a track record on projects up to $50M, and strong knowledge of field trades, scheduling, design specs, and drawings.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience working as a Project Superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
• Successfully led projects up to $50M from start to finish or equivalent service work, required.
• Familiar with various field trade roles, scheduling, design specifications, documents and drawings, required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, required.

Responsibilities

• Creating the master schedule and leading the effort to maintain project progress on time; coordinating materials, labor, equipment, and vendors.
• Providing motivation to create a safe, cooperative, and productive environment.
• Completing daily reports, RFIs, change orders, weekly reports, and submittals; communicating changes to the architect.
