Qualifications

• 7+ years using MS Project/Primavera on small to medium projects with 2,000+ activity network
• Proficient with SureTrak and Primavera Scheduling Software Applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) and SharePoint for reports
• Experience with change control, multiple project schedule baselines, and full lifecycle
• Construction experience is required
• Experience working in a matrix organization structure
• Exposure to PM Online and AS400 systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning and scheduling documentation to support project and customer requirements
• Provide planning and scheduling support for in-house or on-site work
• Track projects against baselines and budgets with project team leads
• Prepare periodic management and customer reports and presentations
• Assist in project proposal teams and in developing preliminary master schedules
• Maintain Master schedule for each project and record impacts of work performed
• Update progress and scheduling impacts and communicate with Operations
• Develop schedules for Estimating prior to proposals
