M.C. Dean, Inc. in Tysons, VA is seeking a Project Scheduler 3 to support medium to large projects and lead schedule development and maintenance. You will monitor progress, impact analysis, and recovery planning, plus cost estimating and planning for complex initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience with MS Project or Primavera, SureTrak, and Office/SharePoint, plus collaboration with project teams and reporting to stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and security eligibility are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience using MS Project and Primavera on large projects.
• Experience with SureTrak and Primavera scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint for reporting.
• Construction project scheduling experience required.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's or Associate degrees listed as preferred.

• Provide project scheduling documentation to support requirements.
• Develop and maintain master schedules; track progress against baselines.
• Prepare periodic management and customer reports.
• Assist in proposals and early schedule development.
• Incorporate resource and cost loading as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations to resolve scheduling issues.
• Stay current with scheduling software advancements.
