Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Projects Scheduler to join our project teams on advanced class greenfield construction projects in the US, based in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on creating and maintaining detailed schedules with minimal supervision and guiding junior schedulers.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of scheduling experience, strong Primavera/MS Project skills, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a scheduler on Nuclear, Fossil, Industrial and/or Renewables sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Must possess critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong organizational skills with goal-oriented focus.
• Thorough understanding of Primavera and MS scheduling software.
• Basic knowledge of industry scheduling terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance for site Scheduling personnel.
• Work with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop detailed schedules and keep them current.
• Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
• Develop and/or modify project schedules and Master Program Schedule integration.
• Support proposal scheduling as needed and Project Teams as required.
