Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Maintenance and Construction (DZMC) is seeking a Projects Scheduler to join its Projects teams on advanced greenfield construction projects in the US. You will create, maintain, and guide detailed schedules across Engineering, Construction, and Operations, with a focus on integrating multiple schedules into a Master Program Schedule.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in scheduling for Nuclear, Fossil, Industrial, or Renewables sites, strong communication, critical thinking, and

Qualifications

• Experience as a scheduler at Nuclear, Fossil, Industrial and/or Renewables sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must possess critical thinking and independent problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented focus.
• Thorough understanding of Primavera and Microsoft scheduling software.
• Basic knowledge of industry scheduling terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance for site Scheduling personnel.
• Develop detailed schedules with Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams and keep them current.
• Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
• Develop/modify project schedules and integrate multiple schedules into a Master Program Schedule.
• Support proposal scheduling and Project Teams as required.
