Responsibilities

• Performing Baseline and Updated Schedule Reviews for both internal and external clients, frequently under tight deadlines.
• Developing and documenting project planning considerations and objectives, scope and milestones to incorporate into the master project schedule.
• Developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated critical path schedules for projects in accordance with contract specifications.
• Developing scope, deliverables, and activities with project managers for each task assignment.
• Developing detailed work plan deliverables including schedule diagrams (Pert, Gantt & Time-Scale), resource loaded activities, and fee scheduling of invoicing.
• Gathering project progress information from project manager and project team members to update and monitor the project.
• Maintaining and updating scope within work breakdown structure; reports on unbudgeted activities.
• Supporting the updating of a risk register related to schedule and scope impacts.
• Developing monthly progress report deliverables to encompass schedule updates, schedule performance/milestone reports, and performance curves.
• Monitoring and reporting critical path and schedule performance; updating actual progress and forecast remaining work schedule.
