Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Scheduling Lead to oversee large, complex projects across markets from New Jersey. The role emphasizes CPM analysis, risk mitigation, and training others in scheduling systems and processes.

You will manage the full scheduling lifecycle, lead schedule integrity, and communicate progress and issues to project teams and leadership. Travel to project sites and industry events is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 4–6 years of scheduling or construction management experience directly related to scheduling.
• Expert user of Primavera scheduling software, including cost/resource loading and analysis.
• Solid analytical ability with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage complex tasks, establish and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in the system scheduling tools and scheduling best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts for projects during development and execution.
• Understand contractual and project requirements and apply them to project schedules and processes.
• Lead and ensure schedule data integrity in line with standards.
• Produce and distribute tailored schedule reporting for project teams.
• Independently build project schedules from concepts through 90% documents, across markets.
• Manage the full scheduling cycle to meet project needs following policy and reports.
• Lead communication about schedules to project teams, partners, clients, and leadership.
• Apply change-impact management to support project teams as changes arise.
• Execute Basis of Schedule reporting for each project and present to the team.
• Use resource and cost loading data to support forecasting.
• Mentor schedulers and develop training in scheduling best practices and tools.
