Planet Group (United States) is seeking a Project Scheduler in Chester, VA to lead and maintain the master project schedule in coordination with EPC contractors. This role requires deep scheduling expertise and the ability to forecast risks and delays, delivering timely updates to management.

The position offers pay at $84-86 per hour with Per Diem, and the candidate will oversee schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure milestones are met.

Competenze

• 5-6+ years of direct construction scheduling experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word.
• Experience developing and managing resource-loaded schedules, baseline schedules, TIAs, and EVM reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing and supplier work scopes.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain the master project schedule in collaboration with EPC contractors.
• Integrate contractor and owner schedule submissions into the overall project schedule.
• Review critical path activities, lag relationships, constraints, and milestones.
• Identify, address, and resolve schedule issues with assigned EPC contractors.
• Track project issues and evaluate their potential impact on the overall project schedule.
• Perform detailed schedule variance analysis using Primavera P6.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates and summary reports for project management and site leadership.
