Qualifications

• Primavera P6 experience required.
• Hands-on scheduling on large industrial projects.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Project, and Word.
• Experience reading engineering/construction drawings.
• Ability to convert schedules between formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and analyze the master project schedule to ensure activities meet milestones.
• Integrate owner submittals into the master schedule.
• Review CP, lag, constraints, and milestones.
• Address and correct issues with master schedule with EPC Contractors.
• Track project issues related to the schedule.
• Apply technical scheduling knowledge to resolve issues with the project team.
• Act as lead schedule representative.
• Communicate issues up to project team and management.
• Walk site to verify contractor weekly schedule progress.
• Interface with supplier groups for change orders and schedule problems.
• Perform detailed schedule variance analysis via Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain project metrics to meet site goals.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership and Site PM teams.
• Seeking candidates with field construction/contractor scheduling experience.
