Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Planner to support detailed construction scheduling, project coordination, schedule tracking, and progress reporting for semiconductor construction and facility-related projects.

The role requires developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated project schedules for construction, engineering, tool installation, cleanroom build-out, utility systems, commissioning, and other high-tech project scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/project-related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5+ years in construction scheduling, project scheduling, or project controls.
• Experience with complex construction, semiconductor, data center, or high-tech projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Smartsheet, MS Project and advanced Excel.
• Strong English communication; ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules.
• Build integrated schedules across site prep to closeout.
• Identify critical path, milestones, and sequencing.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and owner reps.
• Prepare schedule status reports and dashboards.
• Support schedule recovery planning and what-if scenarios.
