Job summary

Hourigan Construction is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans throughout the life cycle. You will support pursuit through turnover, collaborate with project teams, and ensure schedules align with Hourigan’s policies and best practices.

The role requires strong scheduling technique, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of GC scheduling/field experience.
• Familiarity with scheduling techniques and industry practices.
• Experience with P6/Phoenix, Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and drawings to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Maintain baseline schedules and narratives with project teams.
• Coordinate input from internal and external sources for an integrated schedule.
• Generate progress reports and analyze variances.
• Communicate schedule issues and impacts to leadership.
• Support safety and health procedures as part of project plan.
