Job summary

Motive Power Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules across diverse project types. You will work independently on complex schedules, attend client meetings, and coordinate with external schedulers and project teams.

You will mentor junior schedulers, contribute to Scheduling procedures, and apply AI tools to improve accuracy. The role is hybrid (home/office) with up to 25% travel, offering growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Scheduling and project controls.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience developing Scheduling procedures and process mapping.
• Experience in utilities, construction, oil and gas, or renewable energy industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project controls systems for cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
• Build, update, and maintain schedules from baseline through closeout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish schedules and metrics.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and risk analysis.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, budget, and risk management.
• Mentor and support junior schedulers and contribute to process improvements.
• Use AI tools to improve scheduling accuracy and reporting.
