  • Work directly with project teams to establish realistic activity durations, logic, sequencing, crew plans, and execution strategies.

  • Maintain and update project schedules using actual progress, remaining durations, productivity trends, and current field conditions.

  • Support project controls reporting by integrating schedule information with cost, progress, productivity, and forecasting data.

  • Assist project teams with resource loading and manpower planning where applicable.

  • Review subcontractor schedules for logic, sequencing, completeness, and alignment with the overall project execution plan.

  • Maintain appropriate schedule documentation and historical records to support contractual requirements and potential claims.

  • Participate in project kickoff, baseline review, monthly forecasting, and project closeout activities.

  • Promote consistent scheduling standards and best practices across projects.

  • Perform other tasks as requested by leadership

  • Experience working collaboratively with Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Managers, Project Controls, Estimating, and client representatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
