Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance programs, qualify vendors, and report performance to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.

You will lead audits, manage nonconformances, and drive corrective actions, with travel to active jobsites and collaboration across contractor teams to ensure turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• ASQ certifications preferred (lead/auditor).

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and the contractor and supplier quality requirements that flow from it.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies.
• Review and accept contractor QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications.
• Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
