Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner/EPC side. You will write the project quality plan and set the surveillance and audit program for contractors and suppliers, qualifying vendors and inspection subcontractors, and reporting quality performance to project leadership.

The role requires 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects, including 2+ years leading a project quality program, with ISO

Qualifications

6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
2+ years leading a project quality program.
ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification.
Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.

Responsibilities

Write the project quality plan and contractor and supplier quality requirements that flow from it.
Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
Qualify vendors and inspection agencies.
Review and accept contractor QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications.
Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
