Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager II to own the quality on a capital project from the owner's or EPC's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs, qualify vendors, and report quality performance to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.

The role requires 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects, plus leadership of a project quality program and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification; ASQ CQA or CMQ-OE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers; review QC plans and qualifications.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes; report metrics and risks to leadership.
