Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across capital projects for owner or EPC teams, establishing the quality management system and representing the client in audits.

You will lead Project Quality Managers, set procurement quality requirements, report to executive leadership, and drive corrective actions. Experience in regulated programs and executive communication is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with regulatory audits and supplier qualification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Set supplier and contractor quality standards and approved vendor lists.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
