Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across programs for owners and EPCs. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and set supplier/contractor qualification standards.

You will represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits, own corrective-action closure, and report quality performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification, ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).
• Executive-level communication and judgement to stop work when required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set performance standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
