Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a program of capital projects for the owner or EPC. You will establish the quality management system, lead Project Quality Managers, and set supplier and contractor qualification standards.

You will represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits, report quality performance to executive leadership, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across multiple sites in Texas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and facilities.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits; report performance to leadership.
