Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality system, direct Project Quality Managers, and represent the client in audits while reporting to leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects and 5+ years directing programs; certifications such as CMQ/OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Credentials: ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience as quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).
• Executive-level communication and the judgment to stop work when required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to executive leadership.
