Job summary

HNTB is seeking a part-time Quality Assurance support specialist to assist in implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensuring compliance with the QMS. The role includes training project teams, conducting QA reviews, and tracking quality metrics across deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field and at least 6 years of applicable experience, with the ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively with a project team in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management/Engineering, math/science or related field.
• 6 years experience in a quality management support role with QA audits, training, and quality metric analysis.
• In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in Client Deliverable Quality Matrix and QA reviews.
• Develop, collect and analyze project quality performance metrics.
• Provide recurring PQP training to project teams and support audits.
