Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. seeks a senior QA/QC leader to supervise and provide technical direction to the QA/QC team on EPC projects. You will coordinate lessons learned, drive process improvements, and lead quality training to ensure all standards are met.

The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on quality management systems and EPC project QA. You will mentor staff and maintain alignment with project goals and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) and EPC project QA management.
• Experience directing QA/QC activities on EPC projects.
• Ability to plan and direct all QA aspects and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to the QA/QC team.
• Coordinate lessons learned, process improvements, and quality training.
• Establish safe work environment and communicate safety commitments.
• Plan, organize, and communicate the team's work to leadership.
• Mentor personnel and assess performance.
