Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Project Quality Lead to join our Duluth, MN team. You will lead QA activities across Major Projects, providing oversight through desktop reviews, field assessments, and collaboration with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, quality management, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in oil and gas industrial construction, quality inspection, quality assessment, engineering, construction, or quality management.
• Strong knowledge of CFR and CSA requirements.
• Interpersonal, communication, leadership, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize change and provide practical solutions.
• Welding, coating, or nondestructive examination certifications such as NACE/CIP, CWI, or API are assets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project execution complies with regulatory codes, Enbridge standards, specifications, and Quality Management Plan requirements.
• Engage project teams early to identify and mitigate quality risks, develop project quality plans, and coordinate QA resources and assignments.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Supply Chain, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to provide technical quality guidance and report on performance.
• Investigate and manage quality nonconformances, lead root-cause analyses, and verify corrective actions address issues.
• Review engineering packages, procurement documentation, Inspection Test Plans, contractor quality plans, Quality Control reports, and IFC deliverables.
• Conduct project-site assessments, support construction inspection teams and regulatory inspections, report findings, and drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management program.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering/quality management
