Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Project Quality Lead to guide QA activities across a portfolio of Major Projects in Duluth, MN. Lead the QA program, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across engineering and construction activities.

You will coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Supply Chain, perform root-cause analyses, and manage nonconformances to deliver safe, compliant, high-performance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, quality management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in oil and gas industrial construction or quality management.
• Knowledge of CFR and CSA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project execution complies with regulatory codes, Enbridge standards, and Quality Management Plan requirements.
• Engage project teams early to identify and mitigate quality risks, develop project quality plans, and coordinate QA resources and assignments.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Supply Chain, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to provide technical quality guidance and report on performance.
• Investigate and manage quality nonconformances, lead root-cause analyses, and verify that corrective and preventive actions effectively address identified issues.
• Review engineering packages, procurement documentation, Inspection Test Plans, contractor quality plans, Quality Control reports, and Issued for Construction deliverables.
• Conduct project-site assessments, support construction inspection teams and regulatory inspections, report findings, and drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management program.
