Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an experienced QA/QC Site Manager to support a major power generation construction project in Tracy, Minnesota. As the on-site quality expert, you will ensure activities meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee QA/QC activities, review documentation, conduct field audits, monitor welding and piping installation, witness hydrotesting, and collaborate with construction teams to resolve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/QC for industrial or large construction projects.
• Experience with welding inspection, piping, hydrotesting & pressure testing.
• Experience with quality audits and surveillance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC on large-scale power construction project.
• Review and approve quality docs, plans, procedures, and test records.
• Conduct field audits and site inspections for compliance.
• Monitor welding, piping fabrication, installation, and testing.
• Witness hydrostatic and pressure testing.
• Review turnover and closeout quality records.
• Collaborate with construction teams, inspectors, contractors, vendors.
• Provide technical guidance on codes, standards, and quality requirements.
