Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's side, writing the project quality plan and leading surveillance of contractors and suppliers.

You will qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors, review QC plans and inspector qualifications, and report metrics to project leadership. Travel to active jobsites with per diem as assigned.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification.
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies; review contractor QC plans and inspector qualifications.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
