Job summary

TSMC Technology, Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to enable our semiconductor customers to achieve product goals using TSMC technologies. You will solve complex challenges and ensure on-time tape-out, working with North America teams and TSMC in Taiwan.

This role covers PMIC, AI hardware, robotics and embedded memory; you will lead cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and drive solutions from RTL to GDSII across processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in semiconductors including IC design, applications engineering, or technical program/product management.
• Experience in a customer-facing Field Application Engineering (FAE) or Field Technical Solutions (FTS) role with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Power Management ICs (PMIC), power delivery networks, and AMS.
• Familiarity with advanced nodes (Nanosheet, FinFET) and design flows from RTL to GDSII.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key customers to understand roadmaps and drive solutions.
• Lead investigations and resolve complex technical issues across PMIC, AMS, and AI hardware.
• Collaborate with North America and Taiwan teams to align roadmaps and ensure on-time tape-out.
• Deliver technical training and present solutions to diverse audiences.
