Job summary

The LEGO Group in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Leader to drive procurement within the Technology Development organization, coordinating between Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Planning to ensure safe, stable project execution.

You will monitor procurement KPIs, manage supplier relationships and lead cost/quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, and preferably NPI.
• Understanding of engineering and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Supplier management experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during issues or project disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement efforts to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Guide teams on supplier capabilities and improve project quality through data-driven recommendations.
• Standardize procurement processes and documentation; partner with stakeholders across the value chain.
• Expand the use of innovative procurement strategies across the organization.
