Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent with experience.
• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Professional procurement qualification or similar credential.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Interface with procurement and other departments for project material needs.
• Lead RFQs, commercial evaluations, and PO awards.
• Resolve vendor T&Cs and payment issues with legal and AP.
• Monitor procurement activities and report on performance and risks.
• Coordinate with Project Procurement Managers and Engineering on RFQs/POs.
• Lead staff and provide training and performance reviews.
• Provide procurement reports to management.
