SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects nationwide, with primary duties on a full-time site in Yerington, NV and travel as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills to deliver complex solar, storage, and substation projects. Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Competenze

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years) including supervisory skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and sense of urgency.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Drafting and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating).

• Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project)
• Support estimating staff (bid item specialist)
• Avoid or mitigate claims and conflict
• Complete all job close-out procedures
• Conduct warranty follow-up (1-year warranty walks)
• Complete project with full or enhanced fee
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Job Description Summary:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of construction project resulting in successful project completion.

This role is located full-time on a jobsite in Yerington, NV and will require travel. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation Range:

$141,590.00 - $176,987.00
