Prescient Edge in Doral, Florida, is seeking a senior Program Manager to oversee DoD program execution, ensuring strategic alignment and governance compliance. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and guide performance reporting across multiple Work Orders.

The role requires leadership, DoD governance experience, and strong communication with interagency stakeholders. A PMP certification and DAWIA Level III are highly desirable.

• Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
• Personnel must be proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
• Personnel must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
• Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required. Education:

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large scale DoD programs.
• Must be PMP certified.
• Desirable but not required certifications include, Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management Security clearance:

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
