Job summary

PURIS Corp seeks a Senior Project Manager for Wet Utilities (Water, Sewer, Storm) in Albuquerque, NM. Role may be remote or onsite; base office is in Clearwater, FL. Manage budgets, schedules, and coordination for trenchless rehabilitation projects across North America.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in construction field and at least 4 years in construction management, with strong leadership, contract negotiation, and communication skills. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, or civil engineering; military experience preferred, and at least 4 years in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines.
• Confer with owners, contractors, engineers, and designers to discuss work procedures and issues.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Submit budget estimates and progress- and cost-tracking reports.
• Explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients.
• Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities for services and facilities.
• Address delays, bad weather, or emergencies on site.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Study job specs to determine service methods.
• Select and oversee workers for specific project pieces.
• Coordinate with counterparts to ensure safe execution.
