Job summary

Carroll Daniel Construction Co. in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for water/wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will lead planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning, guiding teams across disciplines to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets. You will manage client relationships, coordinate budgets, and drive business development while mentoring staff and ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in water/wastewater or civil infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
• PE preferred; PMP certification a plus; CMIC/Procore experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of multiple concurrent water/wastewater projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and develop long-term relationships.
• Lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with quality and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, GMPs or lump-sum proposals, and cost reporting.
