Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive project management experience in water/wastewater.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in an EPC environment.
• Experience mentoring PMs and engineers, developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple large projects with quality, schedule, and budget focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project planning process, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules with resource allocation.
• Create comprehensive resource plans for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
• Develop project budgets and financial targets.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate large multi-disciplinary teams and monitor progress against plans.
• Monitor expenditures and financial performance with cost-control measures.
• Lead, coach and mentor teams to maintain accountability and performance.
• Oversee program-level resource planning and staffing capabilities.
• Promote teamwork, recognize achievements, and encourage innovation.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams.
