Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead wastewater treatment facility projects in Utah. You will oversee all phases, coordinate engineers, field teams, and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, schedule management, RFIs and change orders, client communication, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards across multi-million-dollar builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years managing/supervising less experienced project engineers.
• Minimum 5 years building large wastewater facilities or large water tanks.
• Minimum 5 years reading blueprints and specs for large commercial concrete structures.
• Minimum 5 years RFIs, change orders, and submittals experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project timeline.
• Plan, budget, and identify resources needed for each project.
• Manage contracts, including fee payment and invoicing.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Monitor progress with site visits and regular status meetings.
• Ensure activities move according to approved schedules and scope.
