Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex industrial and civil projects in Draper, UT. You will own the P&L, drive strategy, and ensure safety, quality, and delivery.

You will build and mentor project teams, manage client relationships, and report to executives, delivering on time and within budget in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience leading large, complex civil or industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven ownership of project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control).

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent.
• Own full P&L, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Develop change order strategy and manage risk across projects.
• Oversee CPM schedule and recovery planning.
• Maintain primary client and stakeholder relationships.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission‑critical projects (airports, data centers, refineries, power plants, etc.)This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction — from preconstruction through close‑out.
