Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Write and deliver persuasive presentations related to controversial or complex topics.
• Manage and negotiate terms and conditions with sub-contractors.
• Lead and mentor personnel, build relationships at all levels and ensure core values including performance management (labor relations negotiation experience helpful).
• Procure, manage, forecast and maintain labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor needs.
• Risk assessment, ability to mitigate risk and complex problem-solving skills.
• Responsible for scheduling, costs, safety, quality and payments.
• Strong math skills including fractions, percentages, ratios, and analysis.
• Stay up to date with BIM, 3D modeling and pipe detailing.
• Willing to work overtime, travel overnight if needed and work in industrial environments.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater project management from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor schedules, costs, safety, quality, and payments across projects.
• Assess risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare persuasive presentations for complex topics and negotiations.
