Job Description

Michael Baker is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our construction services team in Moon Township. The role involves overseeing large, complex wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet objectives within time and budget constraints. Responsibilities include:

1. Project Management: Oversee project quality and safety, develop project plans, conduct safety meetings, and promote continuous improvement.
2. Staffing: Develop work plans, manage staffing, and oversee recruitment and assignment of personnel.
3. Client Management: Maintain client relations, engage with stakeholders, and participate in business development.
4. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise 5-20 employees and subconsultants, handling hiring, training, planning, and issue resolution.

Professional Requirements

• Four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
• 20+ years of project management experience in wastewater treatment plant construction
• Deep understanding of wastewater treatment engineering and operations
• Experience managing projects over $200M
• Skills in safety, scheduling, staffing, cost estimating, risk management, and quality control
• Strong communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed

Compensation

Estimated range: $136,040 to $213,560, depending on qualifications and location.
