Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in vegetation management, proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera, and a PMP certification. Travel up to 25% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vegetation management or related heavy civil services.
• Bachelor’s degree in PM/Forestry/Env Science/Construction Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management projects from initiation to closeout and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with client, stakeholders, and field supervision to oversee field operations and drive project execution.
• Develop and optimize project strategy, budgets, and scheduling; mentor junior PMs and field supervisors.
• Maintain client relationships and serve as primary escalation point for major issues.
• Utilize MS Project, Primavera, and other PM tools for planning, risk assessment, and reporting.
