Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years of experience managing utility-scale power generation, energy storage, microgrid, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing FEED, EPC and Commissioning phases of large-scale energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of power generation technologies (GT, CC, RICE), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power system controls, and mission-critical electrical infrastructure supporting data centers.
• Experience managing EPC contractors and Owner’s Engineer relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering projects >$100M.
• Based in Houston, TX with ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of utility-scale gas power generation, BESS, and microgrid projects supporting hyperscale data centers.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and project delivery from FEED through EPC, commissioning, and COD.
• Manage EPC contractors, Owner’s Engineers, OEMs, controls vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead integration of generation, energy storage, controls, SCADA/EMS, switchgear, and electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure projects meet availability, reliability, permitting, financing, and customer requirements.
• Support commissioning, startup, performance testing, and operational readiness.
