The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Raleigh, NC office!

As part of the infrastructure team, you'll oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure quality outcomes for the project and the business. Responsibilities include providing direction to project teams, introducing efficiencies into the delivery process, collaborating with technical experts, managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating with third-party vendors, monitoring project phases, tracking milestones, and mentoring junior staff.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited program and 20 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess advanced proficiency in project management; PE and/or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Express Lanes projects, Alternative Delivery Projects, and NCDOT standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of all project phases including development, permitting, design, procurement, and construction.
• Additional knowledge of utility coordination and right of way acquisition is a plus.
• Proven decision-making ability with significant organizational impact, and experience in developing long-term operational strategies.
• Recognition as a thought leader with experience in developing and implementing innovative products, processes, or standards.
• Ability to address challenging issues professionally and effectively communicate with senior leadership.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
