Job summary

Antora Energy in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead zero-carbon heat and power projects through design, procurement, construction and start-up of our solid-state thermal battery plants.

You will manage EPC teams, ensure regulatory compliance, own schedules and budgets, and coordinate hand-offs to operations, while communicating status to stakeholders and driving lessons learned across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years in industrial project management.
• Experience with EPC teams in office and project-site locations.
• Scheduling software (MS Project, P6, Smartsheet) and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC engineering teams to define, design, procure, construct, and start-up projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; manage insurance requirements for the project.
• Review and approve IFC drawings.
• Navigate critical path issues and blockers to keep progress.
• Maintain project schedule, budget, and resource plan.
• Lead hand-offs from Commercial to Commissioning/Operations.
• Regularly present status to stakeholders and capture lessons learned.
• Travel up to 25% to US project locations.
