Qualifications

• 6+ years relevant industry experience for Senior Engineer, or 10+ years for Staff Engineer.
• Experience in power generation, aerospace, or industrial hardware products.
• Track record of taking complex mechanical systems to deployed hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of thermal battery subsystems.
• Conduct rigorous analysis including calculations and FEA.
• Collaborate across teams to define requirements and review designs.
