Job summary

A&D Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing engineering projects from order through customer acceptance. You will coordinate across customers, engineering, sales, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and in alignment with technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least five years of related test facility engineering design experience.
• Experience in electronics systems integration or test facility construction project management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering and test system integration projects from sale to customer acceptance.
• Serve as primary customer contact for scope, schedule, budget, and changes.
• Build plans, schedules, resources, and material requirements for projects.
• Monitor costs, margins, risks, milestones, and deliverables; provide status reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, purchasing, production, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support proposals by defining milestones and estimates with engineering teams.
